Reservations & Appointments

-Sessions are available by appointment. We encourage booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

-Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and relax before your service.

-If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service so we don’t delay the next guest.

Cancellations & No-Shows

-We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

-Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full.

Payments & Purchases

-We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

-All sales of services, packages, and memberships are final and non-refundable.

-Gift cards and packages cannot be exchanged for cash.

Memberships

-Memberships are billed automatically each month to the payment method on file.

-Unused sessions do not roll over unless specifically stated in your membership plan.

-Memberships may not be shared or transferred.

-If you need to make changes to your membership, please contact us at least 7 days before your next billing date.

Health & Safety

-Please let us know about any health conditions, injuries, or concerns before your treatment.

-Our services are not a substitute for medical care. Always consult your physician if you have questions about whether spa services are right for you.

-Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Liability

-Live Well Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

-By receiving services at our spa, you agree to release Live Well Spa and its team members from any claims or liability connected to your visit.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will only be used to deliver services, manage your account, and communicate with you.

Updates
