We are the first, and only, dedicated full-spectrum infrared sauna and dry-salt halotherapy facility located in the Mooresville area. Halotherapy
Halotherapy, also known as Dry Salt Therapy, was discovered in Eastern Europe in the 1800s when doctors realized that salt miners rarely suffered from the typical respiratory and skin conditions of the general public. Halotherapy requires the breathing of micro-particles of dry pharmaceutical-grade salt created by a halogenerator so the salt can penetrate deeply into the system and unleash the natural anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties of salt.
Infrared Sauna
Rather than use steam or the traditional “box of hot rocks” heating elements, the infrared sauna heaters use infrared heat to promote relaxation and other wellness benefits. In an infrared sauna, the air temperature is less important than the quality of the infrared heat.
